Challenges for distributed Applications (Part 1)

The term Web Application describes a system/program that is accessed thought he internet or intranet from a central installation that is currently running over several computers. The term distributed computing may be the easiest way of describing the said framework but there are several challenges which have to be overcome before total implementation of such systems are to be deployed and preferred by all who use the internet. Security is one of the key issues when it comes to the internet and many incidents of identity theft, fraud, phishing, bot-nets and others have become part of daily life.
