The only problem is that as others get on the bandwagon, the law has started to notice lapses in their legal obligations and people are getting sued with heads expected to roll. They should have been protected by certain laws yet their act of making the information they gather available to other users. The appellate court that handled the case has found them guilty of posting information that was deemed discriminatory and in violation of federal and state fair housing laws.
