The endpoint or terminal by which the program is accessed has certain required components downloaded and installed onto them upon configuration to allow the node to communicate with the host or server. A request by a user to use the system is sent to the server, it checks for validity then allows access to the many programs that are set for use by their particular group. Clients can access only client-related programs while employees can access both depending on the amount of access that is given them. All use the same set of central programs and all save the information that results form the interaction remotely in the main company server making data security and storage easier and more secure than it previously was.
